Your primary responsibility is to support our community of customers.

ARYA is an ecosystem designed entirely for training, assisting, and developing individual investors and traders.

Your primary responsibility is to support our community of customers. Your role will be:
  • Provide email support to all our customers
  • Help them register for our services or those of our partners
  • Responding to their technical problems with our tools and helping them to solve them
  • Participate in the administrative and technical management of clients
  • Ensuring that our customers are satisfied
  • Report difficulties, recurrent questions from customers to improve processes
Profile ...
  • You must have previous experience in a customer support department, ideally in a technological environment
  • You have a superior level of oral and written French and English language
  • You are comfortable with computer and technological tools
  • You are responsive and have a sense of customer service
  • You are not afraid to work in complete autonomy within an innovative and growing company!

Job type : Full-time, Permanent
Salary : AED6,000.00 per month
Language : French (Required)
