Your mission, should you choose to accept it...
- Management of recruitment process: job description, job offers posting, applicants research, interviews...
- Handle new employees’ visas process
- Employee’s onboarding in according with the process
- Collect information’s related to the payroll, calculate et prepare pays lips, make salary transfers
- Provide advice about employment law and staff management
- Ensure internal communication and respect of processes
- Organize events such as seminars, meeting, team buildings
- Ensure that team cohesion is maintained: hiring anniversaries, important events, etc.
- Manage the relationship with suppliers linked to the management of the premises (works, cleaning, electricity, etc.).
- Manage general services: quality of life in the premises, ordering supplies...
- Carry out various administrative tasks according to the company's needs.
- To be a relay for the management of the accounting team
- Ensure that administrative and accounting processes are properly followed.
- You have a bachelor’s degree specialized in HR or Administration
- You have excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French is a plus)
- Organized, autonomous and pro-active.
Job type : Full-time, Permanent
Salary : AED15,000.00 per month
Work remotely : No
